Sterisporin Sterile Antibiotic Ointment treats superficial ocular infections like conjunctiva.
Directions: Apply 4 times a day to the interior of the eyelid for 7 to 10 days or follow physician's instructions. See insert for additional information.
Caution: Before using this drug: Inform your physician or your pharmacist of any allergies, health problems and all medication that you take. Inform your physician or your pharmacist if you are pregnant or if you are breastfeeding. For use in the elderly, it is recommended to consult a physician Discontinue the use of this drug and consult a physician if: You experience eye pain, changes in vision, eye sensitivity upon exposure to light. Irritation and redness of the eye persist. There is no improvement after 2 days of treatment or if the infection seems to get worse. The infection persists after discontinuation of this drug.
