These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of orleansrx.ca and the services offered by Orleans Community Pharmacy ("we," "us," or "our"). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to offer our products and services online.

Who we are

We are a pharmacy accredited by the Ontario College of Pharmacists (Accreditation #308803), located at 2746 St-Joseph Blvd, Unit 100, Orléans, ON K1C 1G5. Our Designated Manager is Dumitru Musteata, RPh. A licensed pharmacist is available for consultation during all posted operating hours.

Eligibility

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your province of residence, or that you have the consent of a parent or guardian. You agree not to use our products or services for any unlawful purpose.

Prescriptions and pharmacy services

All prescriptions are dispensed at the professional discretion of our pharmacists and in accordance with the laws of Ontario and the standards of the Ontario College of Pharmacists. A valid prescription from an authorized prescriber is required for prescription medications, including veterinary prescriptions. We may decline to fill a prescription where it would be unsafe, unlawful, or professionally inappropriate to do so.

Orders and pricing

We make every effort to ensure product information and pricing are accurate, but errors can occur. We reserve the right to correct errors, update prices, and refuse or cancel any order, including after an order has been placed. Where a prescription item is shown without a price, please contact us for current pricing. Some products may be unavailable or subject to quantity limits.

Accounts and accurate information

You agree to provide accurate, current information when creating an account, submitting a prescription, or placing an order, and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose, to solicit unlawful acts, to infringe intellectual-property rights, to harass or harm others, to submit false information, to transmit viruses or malicious code, to collect others’ personal information, or to interfere with, scrape, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or its related systems. We may terminate access for any breach of these Terms.

Website provided "as is"

The website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any information on it is accurate, complete, or current. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, graphics, logos, and images — is the property of Orleans Community Pharmacy or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
