Shipping & Delivery Policy

We offer convenient pickup, local delivery, and shipping options so you can get your medications and health products the way that suits you best. Shipping and delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package size.
In-store pickup
Orders and prescriptions can be picked up at our pharmacy: 2746 St-Joseph Blvd, Unit 100, Orléans, ON K1C 1G5, during our open hours — Monday to Friday 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, Saturday 9:00 AM–3:00 PM (closed Sunday). We will notify you when your order is ready.
Local delivery
Local delivery is available across Orléans and surrounding areas. Order before 2:00 PM on a business day to be eligible for same-day delivery; orders placed after the cut-off or on weekends are delivered the next business day. Delivery times may vary with weather, volume, and traffic. Someone may need to be present to receive certain prescription items.
Prescription delivery
Prescriptions are released for delivery only after they have been reviewed and verified by a pharmacist. For certain medications, including controlled substances, additional identification or a signature may be required at the time of delivery, in keeping with regulatory requirements.
Canada-wide shipping
We ship eligible products across Canada. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on destination and package size.
- Same-day shipping is available for eligible products ordered on a business day before our cut-off.
- Next-day shipping is available for other eligible products ordered Monday through Thursday.
- Weekend orders (Friday through Sunday) are scheduled to ship the following Monday or Tuesday.
Prescription items, including prescription veterinary medications, are shipped only after a pharmacist has reviewed and verified them, and may require identification or a signature on delivery. Some products may be restricted from shipping by law or regulation; where that applies, we will arrange local pickup or delivery instead. We are not responsible for carrier delays once a package has left our pharmacy, but we will help you track and resolve any issue.
Free local delivery threshold
If a free-delivery or minimum-order threshold applies, it will be shown at checkout. Please refer to current in-store and online notices for any active offers.
