The fastest way — tell us everything in one secure form, including any extras you'd like with your order.
Open the portal & choose Our Services
Head to our online booking portal and select "Our Services."
Prescriptions → Prescription Refill
Choose "Prescriptions," then "Prescription Refill."
Add your medications
Enter the medication names and prescription numbers, or attach photos of the labels.
Tell us anything else
Add questions, OTC requests, or choose pickup or delivery.

Select the refill option, then key in the prescription number from your label.

What if I don't have my prescription number?
You can find it on the label of your medication bottle or box. For the online form, the medication name works too. On the phone line, stay on the line to reach a team member if you can't locate it.
When will my refill be ready?
You'll get a text message as soon as it's ready for pickup — usually the same day for requests made during business hours.
Can I refill more than one prescription?
Yes. The online form lets you list as many medications as you need, and the phone line lets you enter additional Rx numbers in the same call.
Can I add over-the-counter items to my refill?
Absolutely. The online form has a notes field where you can request OTC products, ask questions, and choose pickup or delivery — we'll have everything together when you arrive.
