Refill Your Prescription — Quick and Easy

 

We make prescription refills as convenient as possible. Choose the method that works best for you:

 

Option 1: Online Refill Portal (Fastest)

 

Visit our secure eRefills portal at orleanscommunitypharmacy.erefills.ca to request your refill online. You can also set up automatic refill reminders and manage multiple family members' prescriptions in one account.

 

Option 2: Mobile App

 

Download our pharmacy app for iOS or Android to refill prescriptions from your phone. Search for "Orleans Compounding" in the App Store or Google Play.

 

Option 3: Call Us

 

Call us at 613-824-3111 during business hours. Have your prescription number or the medication name ready. Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Saturday 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

 

Option 4: Visit Us In Person

 

Come visit us at 2746 St Joseph Blvd, Unit 100, Orleans, ON K1C 1G5. Our pharmacists are happy to assist you.

 

What Information Do I Need?

 

Your prescription number (found on the label of your current medication bottle)

Or the name of the medication and your date of birth for identification

 

Refill Timelines

 

Most refills are ready within 30 minutes during regular business hours. If you need a refill for a compounded medication or a special order item, please allow additional preparation time.

 

Delivery Option

 

Once your prescription is ready, we can deliver it to your door. Free delivery on orders over $80. Same-day delivery available for orders placed before 2:00 PM.

 

Please note: A valid prescription from your prescriber is required for all refills. If you have no refills remaining, please contact your doctor or speak with our pharmacist about your options.
