Smith & Nephew Opsite Post-Op combines a transparent waterproof film with an integrated absorbent pad for complete post-surgical dressing function in one product - protection, absorbency, and visibility. The central pad handles initial surgical-site drainage while the film border provides a waterproof barrier and lets you monitor the incision without removing the dressing. 20 dressings per box.

Ideal for sutured incision sites, routine spay/neuter and orthopaedic wounds, and any clean surgical wound needing 3-5 day primary coverage. Not for heavy-exudate wounds - the pad capacity is limited and saturation breaks the border seal. Apply to completely dry, clean skin, smoothing the film border without over-stretching. The waterproof film resists splashing and brief water exposure, but prolonged soaking isn't recommended. Change when the pad is saturated, the edges lift, or at 5-7 days.
