Metamucil MultiHealth Fibre helps lower cholesterol levels to promote heart health, and promotes digestive health. Made with 100% naturally sourced psyllium fibre.

Directions:

• For relief of irregulairty: Adults and children over 12: 1 serving up to 3 time daily. Children (6-12 eyars): 1/2 the adult serving up to 3 times daily. Generally take effect in 12-72 hours.
  
• To help lower cholesterol levels to promote heart health: Adults only: 1 serving 3 times daily. For best results in lowering cholesterol take Metamucil with a meal.
  
• To help temporarily suppress appetite when take prior to meal: Adults only: 2 servings prior to a meal up to 3 times daily. For occasional use only.
