Kruuse Super-Absorb is a large-format, high-capacity absorbent dressing for heavy-exudate wounds - capturing and locking away large fluid volumes to extend wear time while keeping the wound bed appropriately moist. The 20 cm x 30 cm format suits large wounds on medium-to-large dogs: post-surgical drainage sites, large traumatic wounds, and degloving injuries. Non-adherent contact surface, 10 dressings per box.

Choose Super-Absorb when standard dressings soak through within 24 hours, for large wounds with widespread drainage, and for wounds in the inflammatory phase with heavy exudate. Unlike standard gauze it holds far more fluid and won't adhere to the wound bed. Apply over the wound and secure with a secondary bandage layer (cohesive bandage, surgical tape, or Hypafix).
