Recommended Dose: Take one (1) capsule daily to manage or reduce the risk of antibiotic-associated diarrhea. If on antibiotics, take at least 2-3 hours before or after. When travelling, take 1 tablet daily throughout the trip to reduce the risk of traveller's diarrhea.


Directions: Capsules may be opened and mixed into cool food or drink. Do not add to warm or hot foods or beverages. Culturelle® probiotics can be taken at any time of the day.
Non-medicinal ingredients: inulin, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, sucrose, maltodextrin, sodium ascorbate, magnesium stearate, silica, and titanium dioxide (colour).

Caution: Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have nausea, fever, vomiting, bloody diarrhea or severe abdominal pain. Discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner if symptoms of digestive upset (e.g. diarrhea) occur, worsen or persist beyond 3 days. If you have a milk allergy, do not use this product. Contraindications: Do not use if you have an immune-compromised condition. Capsules are sealed in blisters. Do not use if blister is open or damaged. Storage conditions: store at room temperature (15 - 25°C).
