Aventi Urinary Complete from Aventix is a comprehensive urinary-health supplement for dogs and cats, especially those with recurrent lower urinary tract issues - bacterial UTIs in dogs and Feline Idiopathic Cystitis (FIC) in cats. Registered with Health Canada as a Veterinary Health Product, in vegetable-flavoured chewable tablets.
The formula centres on cranberry extract, whose proanthocyanidins (PACs) prevent bacteria like E. coli from adhering to the bladder wall, plus proprietary antimicrobial peptides that disrupt bacterial biofilm. Glucosamine supports the bladder's protective GAG layer - often deficient in FIC - while Superoxide Dismutase (SOD) and green tea polyphenols add anti-inflammatory and antioxidant support and comfort during episodes.
