Aventi CP from Aventix is a powder supplement formulated to address coprophagia (stool-eating) in dogs. Rather than relying on training alone, it alters the palatability of stool through yucca schidigera extract plus a digestive enzyme blend, disrupting the cycle that reinforces the behaviour.
Yucca schidigera contains saponins that modify stool and make it less attractive, while the added amylase, protease, and lipase support complete nutrient digestion - helping with any enzyme-related contributing factor. The fine powder mixes easily into wet or dry food.
Dosing: under 10 kg, 1/2 tsp (about 750 mg) with food; 10-25 kg, 1 tsp (about 1.5 g); over 25 kg, 11/2 tsp (about 2.25 g). In multi-dog homes, give to all dogs. Allow 2-4 weeks of consistent daily use, and pair with prompt stool removal for best results. Made in Canada by Aventix.
