Ocu-GLO PB XL delivers the same ophthalmologist-formulated antioxidant protection as the original Ocu-GLO gelcap in an easy-open powder ("PB" = Powder Blend) sized for medium and large dogs ("XL"). Open the capsule and sprinkle over food - ideal for dogs that resist pills. At 90 capsules per bottle, it's the most economical option for ongoing supplementation in bigger dogs (11 lbs and up).
Developed by Animal Necessity, a company guided by board-certified veterinary ophthalmologists, the formula is built around AREDS eye-health research and contains 12 antioxidants chosen for the canine eye. The core GLO blend (351 mg, roughly double the standard PB) combines FloraGLO Lutein, Grape Seed Extract, and Omega-3 EPA/DHA, supported by Vitamin C (100 mg), Green Tea Extract (40 mg, 50% EGCG), Vitamin E, Alpha Lipoic Acid (25 mg), CoQ10 (25 mg), Astaxanthin (2 mg), Rutin (10 mg), Zinc (5 mg), and a full B-vitamin complex.
