Local Delivery and Shipping Information
Free Local Delivery
We offer free local delivery on orders over $80 to addresses within Orleans and east Ottawa. For orders under $80, a delivery fee may apply.
Same-Day Delivery
Orders placed and confirmed before 2:00 PM on business days are eligible for same-day local delivery. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be delivered the following business day.
Delivery Area
We deliver throughout Orleans, Cumberland, Vars, Navan, and surrounding east Ottawa communities. Please call us at 613-824-3111 to confirm delivery to your specific address.
How to Place a Delivery Order
You can place an order for delivery by calling us at 613-824-3111, visiting us in person, or through our online refill portal. Please have your address and contact information ready.
Prescription Delivery
We can deliver prescription medications directly to your door. For prescription deliveries, a signature may be required upon delivery for certain controlled substances or medications requiring refrigeration. If no one is available to sign, we will leave a pickup notice.
Out-of-Area Shipping
For customers outside our local delivery area, we can ship non-prescription products through Canada Post. Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout. Please note that prescription medications cannot be shipped — they must be picked up in person or delivered within our local delivery area.
Important Notes
Fragile items such as liquid medications and refrigerated products are handled with care during delivery. Products requiring refrigeration (such as some biologics and insulin) will be delivered in insulated packaging.
