Patient Complaints Procedure
Your satisfaction and safety are our top priorities. If you have a concern or complaint about any aspect of our service, we want to hear from you so we can resolve it promptly and improve our care.
Step 1: Contact Us Directly
The best first step is to speak with our pharmacy team directly. Many concerns can be resolved quickly through open communication.

Please ask to speak with the pharmacist on duty or our Designated Manager. We take all concerns seriously and will work to address your complaint fairly and promptly.
Step 2: Formal Written Complaint
If your concern is not resolved to your satisfaction through direct communication, you may submit a formal written complaint. Please include:
Your name and contact information
The date and details of the incident or concern
What you would like us to do to resolve the issue
You may submit your written complaint by email to contact@orleansrx.ca or by mail to our pharmacy address. We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 business days and provide a resolution within 14 business days.
Step 3: Ontario College of Pharmacists
If you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to file a complaint with the Ontario College of Pharmacists (OCP), the body that regulates pharmacists and pharmacies in Ontario.

The OCP's Inquiries, Complaints and Reports Committee (ICRC) investigates complaints about pharmacists and pharmacies. Filing a complaint with the OCP is free of charge.
